Mizard, color test

Since the conception of my OC i had in mind that he would use 2 colors, black and blue.
But what exact tone of blue? I find out this one, no too shiny or not to dark.
Also, I learned that pure black as a color doesn´t look that good, so pure black is used for outline and a very dark grey for black.
